Status of Zimmervermittlung Berlin Kreuzberg

Accommodation bureau Berlin Kreuzberg is not the landlord, but only the mediator; it does not guarantee for the condition of the hired rooms/ apartments, but of course, we visit every host and place before starting mediating them.
Any demands for warranty or compensation are to be made on the landlord.

Contract

A contract is fixed, after you sent us a booking order and we sent you a confirmation of it.
The accommodation of any room or apartment is free for the customer; our fee is included in the price.
The hired day starts at 11 a.m. and ends at 11 a.m. of the following day; at this time the room/ apartment is to be left.

Cancelling

In case of booking we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid in advance to secure your reservation ; we don't reserve without a deposit.
If the time is too short for transfering a deposit, the cancellation fee is 50 % of the agreed rent.

Payment

The second half of the price - if a deposit has not been paid, the full price - is to be paid cash on arrival for the whole booked period.
For handing over the keys a pledge of 50 € is asked.

Non legal terms

If any of these terms are not legal, the agreed termes are the legal ones, that come closest to them.

Legal domicile

Legal domicile for every concerned person is Berlin.
