Many apartments and rooms are situated right in the center of Berlin: In Mitte, in Prenzlauer Berg and in Kreuzberg, a charming quarter, which is characterised by the canal Landwehrkanal. Thanks to its favorable position Kreuzberg is an ideal starting point for your city tours. Several bus and tube lines take you to all important places in the western as well as in the eastern districts of Berlin. Moreover, the city airports Berlin-Tegel, Berlin-Tempelhof, Berlin Schönefeld, the main railway stations, Berlin-Zoologischer Garten, Berlin-Friedrichstraße and Berlin-Ostbahnhof can easily be reached by means of public transportation.

The rented day starts at 11 a. m. and ends at 11 a. m. the following day. At this time the room/ apartment is to be left.
The lease price is to be paid cash on arrival (our fee is included).

Please notice: Accommodation bureau Berlin-Kreuzberg is not the landlord of the hired room/ rooms/ or apartment/ apartments, but the negotiator/ broker.

How to book an accommodation in Berlin:

Send us an e-mail or use the form at the end of this page and let us know the following details: date of arrival in and departure from Berlin, type of accommodation (e.g. single room or apartment for 1/2/ 3 or more persons). Please do not forget to indicate your adress and telephone-number.

We'll send you a proposal for the requested room/ rooms/ apartment/apartments in Berlin stating the price and giving a description of the accomodation and the neighbourhood. Once you have accepted our offer we'll send you the name, phone number, address of your host and how to get there by public transport. We answer always within short time.

In case of booking a pay down (= cancellation fee)of 50% of the amount has to be paid.
